Founded by partners Ryan Stetins and Matt Stamp, this is more of a restaurant than a wine bar and we've included it as it's a pilgrimage of sorts for true eonophiles! The food menu includes snacks and full spreads, from burgers to risottos to wine country comfort staples including duck fat fries. The name "Compline" is a nod to wine-pioneering monks who used that name for the hour that signaled the end of the day! Like something that you try at Compline, take it with you from their store!
