A newer addition to Chef Chiarello's portfolio, Coqueta features his sumptuous exploration of Spanish flavors, with a unique Napa Valley take on everything from tapas to paella. The name means "flirt" or "infatuation," and both the playful and passionate sides of Coqueta are on display in the comprehensive menu. Start with a selection of rich cold cuts and Iberian cheeses, or light-hearted snacks like Chiarello's Iberian take on vinegar and chips dressed in shaved manchego.
For a heartier start, the kale salad features pickled stone fruits and candied almonds, or you can skip straight to hot tapas like the "Sunny Side-Up Huevas" with shrimp, garlic and pine nuts. Of course, the main attractions come straight off the grill and are served family-style, including house-specialty paellas.
