Airship Acoustic is about keeping Jefferson Airplane's music alive. We grew up with their music and maybe you did too. But we've discovered in performance that it's relevant to people who weren't around for the original band. We started out as a full electric band, San Francisco Airship. But we know that the root of their music was in folk, blues and acoustic live performance. And, we're not just performers, we're fans. So we do our best to honor the spirit of the original music. We're not trying to duplicate it so much as resurrect it. We're bringing it back with the full force that only live music can do. We're Airship Acoustic. Come along with us.
