There is no age requirement on hot air balloon rides, however, it is recommended that all riders must be at least 48 inches tall so that they can look over the basket. Parents are not allowed to hold children during the flight and they must be able to stand on their own for about one hour. Sometimes the sound of the burners can frighten younger children, so please make them aware so they know what to expect.
