The "ROOT 101: A Single Vineyard Experience" Tasting showcases WALT's premiere Pinot Noir with a one-of-a-kind experience in Sonoma. The tasting flight includes five single-vineyard wines sourced from appellations in the WALT collection. Enjoy seasonal light bites that are perfectly paired with the wine and prepared by The Girl & The Fig Restaurant. Root 101 tasting is offered daily at 11 am & 2 pm by reservation only. It costs $60 per person and lasts approximately 60 minutes.
